Course Description:
Smart Training's online module helps your dental practice meet the training requirement set forth by Oregon OSHA's Temporary COVID-19 Rule. This Temporary Rule will remain in effect until early May, 2021.
Educational Objectives:
At course completion, the attendee will be able to:
- Recognize COVID-19 symptoms
- Understand how the virus spreads
- Employ methods to avoid transmission of the virus
- Refine cleaning and disinfection techniques
- Memorize methods to reduce spreading the virus
- Determine what masks and respirators are suitable for source control
- Explain Oregon OSHA employer requirements
- Identify OSHA Respiratory Protection Standard requirements
- Apply knowledge of handling the respirator shortage while maintaining OSHA compliance
