Smart Training is the first to offer the Red Cross Bloodborne Pathogens Training online. This is the first time the American Red Cross has allowed another company to offer Red Cross training online through an outside Learning Management System. Upon completion of the training module, attendees will receive the Red Cross Smart Training Completion Certificate.Designed for workers who risk exposure to blood and other body fluids in the workplace. Attendees learn how bloodborne pathogens are spread, how to avoid exposure and what to do if exposed to infectious material. This course is one of the requirements of the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard. After taking this course, attendees should talk with their employer about workplace-specific policies and procedures. Attendees completing the training will receive a one-year Red Cross Bloodborne Pathogens Training certification.
